Welcome! I am passionate about working with individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I have experience working with relationship issues/communication, general anxiety, major depression, suicidal thoughts, and traumatic life events. I also have experience working with expecting and new mothers; as well as, those struggling with grief/loss from a miscarriage. Having difficulty with communication in you relationship? Through my training and experience I have worked with individuals dealing with trauma, identity development, life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and perinatal/postpartum mental health. I take on an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from many different techniques. The therapies I draw from include CBT, ACT, and person centered therapy.
