I specialize in treating mental health issues in children, adolescents, and individuals. Ultimately, what children and adolescents want from therapy is to feel better, to gain a sense of control over their emotions and behaviors, and to improve their quality of life. They seek understanding, support, and guidance to overcome their challenges and thrive. Whether it's alleviating anxiety or lifting mood, my goal is to reduce distressing symptoms and improve overall functioning. I provide a safe non-judgmental space to assist in developing coping skills and communication skills, that are crucial to navigating through life.
My holistic approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to treat issues from anxiety and depression to behavioral concerns and trauma. I work closely with both my clients and their families to develop personalized treatment that fosters growth and resilience.
