I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy but incorporate various modalities to help my clients, depending on their needs. Anxiety disorders, depression, stress management and adjustment to life transitions are issues that I often treat. Typically, clients who come to me are motivated for change and looking for practical feedback from a professional.
