I help individuals, couples, and families who are looking to strengthen their connections, increase their intimacy, and improve their communication with others. It is common to get stuck in patterns that don’t serve us and as a therapist trained in relational and systemic therapy, I help people identify their dysfunctional cycles and create healthier patterns of interaction so they can improve the quality of their relationships with others. As a life-long learner, I spend time reading the latest research, attending workshops, seminars, and conferences in order to stay on top of an ever-evolving field.
I enjoy seeing my clients progress during treatment and keep sessions goal-oriented as much as possible. One way to view therapy is to think of a road trip: You are in the driver’s seat and I am in the passenger’s seat. You choose the destination and I will help get you there. I have the map and the tools in case we hit a bump in the road or get a flat tire.
