This office provides a safe place to experience understanding, healing, relief from unpleasant emotions, encouragement and hope. Together we'll explore how your past influences you, address relational obstacles, identify temperament and relational needs, and change unhealthy patterns. I am certified in Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), a revolutionary modality that often expedites counselling goals. I'm a Pastoral Counselor as well for folks who would like to integrate their Christian faith into their sessions.
I work with individual adults in these areas: healthy relationships & boundaries - anxiety - panic attacks - past trauma - current triggers - family of origin issues - spiritual wounds or concerns - identity and self-esteem - stress - codependency - life transitions - women's issues - parenting - infertility - foster care & adoption - blended family concerns
I also work with couples struggling to find fulfillment in their marital relationship. I help couples identify and address obstacles to relational intimacy and provide skills for more effective communication. I have a special interest in working with blended families, foster parents, and couples who have been touched by infertility and/or adoption.
