It is my hope that together we can work through old patterns, new struggles, negative thoughts and feelings, as well as life transitions in a positive way that will lead to lasting change. I use an interactive approach with the hope of offering insightful feedback in a nonjudgemental setting.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions as well as self esteem issues. I have experience in public schools, day treatment centers focusing on clients struggling with mental illness and chemical addictions, and geriatric private care. I work with all adults from young adulthood through the senior age.
Throughout our sessions we will work on building and maintaining a positive sense of self and gaining personal empowerment, both of which are essential in dealing with anxiety, depression, and a multitude of other issues.
