I work in a collaborative process and utilize different evidenced-based theories to guide us through the journey. I have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents for various mental health and relational issues, some examples include, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, feelings of worthlessness, low self-esteem, trauma, and parenting.
My journey began with my own experiences; I faced life events that left me feeling alone, depressed, and worthless. In my own therapy process, I discovered a profound desire to help others overcome similar struggles. My experiences have equipped me with the ability to form strong connections and offer genuine empathy to those I work with.
