I enjoy working with adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, loneliness, low self-esteem, learning differences, addiction, trauma, relationship difficulties, family-of-origin issues, identity questions, parenting concerns, and life transitions. In therapy, we will work together to address the issues that interfere with your well-being, relationships, and meeting your goals. My hope is to help you feel better and find more joy in life. In addition to providing individual, family, and couples therapy, I offer intellectual, educational, psychological evaluations.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a steady and open atmosphere to promote vulnerability and change. My therapy approach integrates traditional and contemporary concepts from attachment research, psychodynamic theory, and new findings in neuroscience. My practice is LGBTQ-affirming and welcoming to all.
I welcome the opportunity to speak to you.
