I am an active and directive participant in the therapeutic process. No matter where in your life you are struggling, together we will establish goals and achieve results. With compassion, experience, skill, and a bit of humor, I aim to help my clients get out of their own way, strengthen their ability to cope, and achieve greater satisfaction with their life and relationships.
For over 10 years, I have treated people of varying ethnicities, races, and religions. My work has focused on treating teens and adults, struggling with past history of trauma, depression and anxiety. I have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing.
