You may find yourself trying everything in your power to prevent the worst from happening. Or, feeling stuck and dissatisfied with life, your family, and your relationships. I get that it can feel hopeless trying to create change on your own only to find that you’re still not where you want to be. I am trained to help you overcome panic attacks, anxiety, depression and personality disorders – or how to manage your relationship with someone with a personality disorder.
Life doesn’t have to be this way. I provide therapy for adults using a combination of tools to address self-sabotaging thoughts and unhelpful ways of coping. Clients walk away from therapy with a new understanding of themselves, a sense of empowerment, and feeling more optimistic.
I am passionate about helping individuals have a better understanding of what is causing and maintaining the problem so we can work to interrupt that cycle.
