Life is full of stress, challenges, and hardships. The majority of clients I work with are women seeking support with relationship and parenting issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, problematic thinking patterns, coping strategies, difficulty regulating emotions, and/or personal development. I also work a lot with teens experiencing social, academic, and family pressures by offering a safe and non-judgmental space to process and explore emotions and experiences.
We will work collaboratively to increase your self-awareness and celebrate your individual uniqueness. My approach is a down-to-earth, empathic one, sprinkled with humor and compassion. My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable expressing your most intimate thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences.
