I am a clinical graduate intern counselor under the supervision of Crystal Joseph, (LCPC, LPC, ACS). I have training and experience working with pregnant and postpartum individuals, neurodivergent people of color, college students, and those experiencing grief. I provide thoughtful insights and creative problem-solving strategies. My counseling approach is social justice oriented. If you're ready to take a new approach to learning about yourself and reimagining how to address your issues and challenges, I am eager to connect with you.
I work from a trauma-informed care model and center the goals and perspectives of each unique client. I am interested and curious about getting to know you, your story, and your challenges. I have a holistic counseling perspective heavily informed by Black Feminist, DBT, and Humanistic Theories. I fiercely believe that each client is their own healing expert
Give us a call or send me an email letting me know a bit about who you are, and what you're seeking in therapy! I am available to see clients that reside in VA or MD.
