Childhood is a rollercoaster of experiences. Navigating these ups and downs can leave children worried, sad, withdrawn, or struggling with behaviors. As a parent or caregiver it can be difficult knowing what to say or how to help. I love partnering with children and their families to create a safe space to process some of the most difficult times of their lives.
I specialize in helping children birth to 17 heal from trauma, life transitions, anxiety and depression. Part of helping children heal from trauma means also providing their caregivers with support, encouragement and strategies in order to confidently help their child navigate whatever life brings.
Clients and their families describe my approach as warm, approachable, non-judgmental and playful! My goal is to help you and your child grow and flourish together. I look forward to the opportunity and privilege to partner with you!
