I’m driven by a deep commitment to understanding and alleviating human suffering. My goal is to empower individuals by offering support, insight, and practical tools to navigate their mental health challenges. I aim to foster resilience and promote well-being, ensuring that everyone feels heard, valued, and equipped to lead fulfilling lives. By providing compassionate care and advocating for mental health awareness, I hope to make a meaningful impact on both individual lives and the broader community. I want all individuals to feel seen and validated, and to understand that we are in this together.
I try to tailor the sessions to the individual’s treatment needs so that they are able to grow and flourish as our time progresses. I have a heart for working with young adults, particularly college students who are trying to navigate academics in light of challenges such as depression, anxiety, or simply adjusting to becoming independent.
I’ve also had experience working with soon-to-be moms or mothers with newborn children. Additionally, I have provided counselling to the men and women on active duty and help them overcome major struggles such as trauma and addiction.
