Hello, I love working with couples, adults, and young adults. I am here to help a wide range of individuals who may simply need someone to talk to without judgment, processing trauma, to learning new coping skills for anxiety and depression. I believe that people are multifaceted, complex, and simply trying to do the best they can with what they have.
My specialty is couples counseling, primarily working on communication skills, intimacy, and building trust. I also specialize in working with adults and young adults who have suffered trauma, anxiety, and depression. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness and coping skills.
