My approach to therapy is very solution focused and I am known for meeting my clients where they are, not where I want them to be. I offer a more laid-back, non-Freudian style of therapy where I am real with my clients. I am known for my work with depression, anxiety, post partum depression/anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders.
