I provide couples therapy, individual, and family counseling in a warm, welcoming therapeutic environment to improve connection, communication, relationships, identity, trauma, and anxiety.
During the initial session, we discuss your goals for therapy, what is and is not working for you. Together, we develop a therapeutic plan to shift what is not working for you. This plan is your road map, one that is measurable. We continually access to ensure you are meeting your therapy goals.
Sometimes you might need counseling to envision alternative possibilities and overcome obstacles. At other times, you may need deeper healing from anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties through counseling. I am available to discuss your options in a complimentary fifteen minute consultation, which you can schedule at your convenience.
