Hi, I am Stacey Spina, LCSW. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to help people navigate the challenges of this complex world, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University where I received a certificate in Health and Aging.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I believe in the capacity for people to grow, regulate their emotions, and improve their lives.
