I teach individuals to identify triggers and patterns and ways to approach over-thinking and anxiety; To recognize your strengths and what motivates you. I utilize CBT, ACT, IFS, Humanistic, Energy Psychology, Memory Reconsolidation, Guided Imagery, Positive Psychology, Relaxation and Mindfulness, and I am a certified anxiety treatment provider.
