To hold space for someone is to be completely present with them, sitting with them in their experiences and allowing them to be heard. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment for individuals to work through life’s challenges.
I utilize a compassionate, strengths-based approach to counseling; helping each client to work on their individual goals. Fully believing that the client is the expert on their own life, I meet each individual where they are and tailor my approach to your unique needs. My goal is that each client will leave therapy with the tools they need to thrive in life.
I am trained in several treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method (couples) and CPT (trauma).
