I use a variety of methods and interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, EMDR, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Holistic, and Mindfulness techniques. I help clients work through difficulties such as but not limited to trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, recovery, and grief.
