Hi there, I’m Stacey, and I’m here to help. Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Are you struggling to feel more connected in your relationships? Are events from the past making it hard for you to enjoy the present? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and families find healthy coping strategies, balance, and fulfillment through empowerment, skill building, polyvagal, and mindfulness techniques. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
We will work together using evidence-based techniques, including trauma-informed approaches and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, to focus on a mind and body connection to help you feel safe, supported, and balanced. Together we will focus on skills and strategies to fortify your relationships not only with others but also with yourself.
Feeling safe and connected can have a positive transformative power for your well-being, whether that be feeling safe in your environment, your relationship, or your own body. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey to optimal well-being and teaching you new skills and techniques to help keep you grounded along the way.

The nerve that connects the brain to your vital organs sends automatic signals based on previous experiences or perceived threats, in an attempt to protect you from injury or danger. Sometimes these responses can become so strong they negatively impact you or even become debilitating.
