I believe therapy works best when it is not prescribed as a ‘one size fits all’ but rather as a collaborative and individually tailored approach to accomplish each client’s unique goals.
I work largely with adults and couples who struggle with issues related to anxiety/depression, trauma, life transition issues, women's issues/empowerment, and identity exploration. The focus of my work is on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
