Let me start by saying well done to you for beginning your healing process! I believe that mental health care is as critical as physical care. My passion as a mental health counselor comes from believing every individual deserves the opportunity to live their best life. At some point in time, many of us have questioned what getting better look like. My client's age ranges throughout their lifespan: age ten and up. Although I am eclectic, my approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Healing is a part of growing, and I would love to help you grow as a person. Whether it be anxiety, depression or trauma. My goal is to give you the tools to feel empowered, find your strengths, and achieve your goals.
My experiences as a military spouse have allowed me to work with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures. I believe the experiences provide opportunities to help clients in a diverse community. I trust that meeting clients right where they are, creates a life-changing experience, no matter the struggle.
