This group is perfect for empathic and highly sensitive neurodivergent identifying persons seeking tools to navigate anxiety and overwhelm for improved confidence and balance in one's life and relationships. The class will begin in January 2023 for 8-classes held on Zoom every other week. Cost is $346 for all 8 classes or can be set up on a payment plan as requested at staceycohenlpc@gmail.com. The Neurodivergent Ninja 101: From Overwhelm to Peace: Over the span of this program, you'll acquire fresh insights and effective coping mechanisms to address challenges such as masking, burnout, shut down, and persistent demand avoidance.
