I specialize in healing from narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, and relationship dissatisfaction.
I am a trauma-focused therapist and primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy which my clients love and find very effective! I also use EMDR and energy clearing techniques that are especially helpful for healing traumatic memories, clear out old negative beliefs that do not serve us anymore, and to create healthier relationships with others.
