Spring Psychotherapy and Wellness is a group psychotherapy practice focused on helping people of all ages struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and excessive exercise. Additionally, we have particularly expertise working with adolescents dealing with a host of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship/ social problems, ADHD, generalized trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Our integrative approach to treatment includes evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, alongside innovative treatments like art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. We treat eating disorders from an anti-diet approach, helping clients recover from negative body image, eating disorders, or disordered eating.
