I am a traditionally trained therapist, life and relationship coach, hypnotherapist and Interfaith Minister. In addition to coaching, I use Past Life Regressions, Life between Lives therapy and visualizations to help access unconscious patterns and transform them. Everyone has a deep inner wisdom and life changing perspectives that are accessible.
Because of my diverse trainings in traditional and spiritual paradigms, I can draw on a variety of tools, concepts and techniques to address any situation, from deep seated traumatic experience to questions about current relationships. I am not a traditional therapist, I believe healing must go underneath the conscious mind.
