Oftentimes, our usual ways of dealing with these struggles aren't helping, have become ineffective or may even be preventing us from feeling better. We work with a wide range of individuals who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, life transitions and more. In this safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment we will work together toward overall healing.
We provide psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults and adults. Additional areas of specialty include Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, eating disorders, and navigating peer relationships. We also offer Reiki Energy Healing.

Friday, June 2nd, 6:30-8:30pm. Sober Social Event for ladies, 18+ Meet some local ladies and have some fun in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere while learning an intro friendly Pole/Chair Dance routine. Come dressed as your favorite Barbie or one you wish they made when you were younger (optional). SIGN UP REQUIRED.
