Ahoy! I am a Professional Counselor who serves individuals and couples in the Marietta-Lowell, OH area. I take great honor in helping people navigate unexpected life changes, cope with loss, change vicious cycles, enhance emotional functioning, improve couples' sense of respect and trust, and explore the deeper aspects of meaning in one's life. I specialize in Men's Mental Health, Couples Counseling, Grief, and Career/Performance issues. My work focuses on those ready to challenge their past ways of living and embrace meaningful change, especially when the current path is no longer sustainable.
At the core, my practice helps you address two key questions: What is truly happening in your life causing a disturbance, and how can you overcome it while leading a flourishing life? Together we uncover the real hurdles of your situation and creatively tackle them. Wisdom, Integrity, Compassion, and Courage are guiding virtues of my practice.
