My job is to help people explore their emotions, thoughts, choices, and patterns. I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with managing their emotions, who are hurting and confused. I will work with you to find a skills-based solution to get unstuck. I will help you learn techniques and to develop an awareness of why things are this way for you and how to begin to change things.
I work with adolescents and young adults who are having difficulty living in a way that helps them find happiness. I have been trained extensively in DBT and CBT. What this means is that I use evidenced based treatment to help you. The treatment that I provide is structured and yet allows for you to be yourself with me.
