I love helping clients to process through their difficult life experiences identify how these experiences can help propel them forward. I often work with teens and adults who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, identity, career, or finding purpose in their lives. I also have 18 years of experience as a competitive gymnast and love working with athletes.
I provide a warm and non-judgmental approach to therapy where we work together to help you achieve your specific goals. I offer individual counseling virtually and in-person for clients 12+.
