Hello there and thank you for reaching out! I love working with individuals, couples, and families to help repair and grow their lives and relationships. I work with variety of issues, but specialize in working with depression, anxiety, infertility, life changes, and navigating problematic relationships in your life. Whether you need to manage a stage of life or process existential dread about the state of the world, therapy provides a great and incredibly rewarding experience. As such, I am honored to work with people every day improving their lives. (Licensed in both TX and WA / evening appointments available).
My approach is a mix of cognitive behavioral, experiential, and emotion focused therapy. I work with you to find unhelpful cycles and ways of thinking in your life and to help you work towards a greater sense of happiness and reward in your life. At the moment, I only provide telehealth services in WA and TX.
