We will work together to deepen your understanding of your struggles and strengths to empower you to live the life you want to live. I'll be with you in the downs and we will celebrate the ups.
My approach to therapy centers on you, the client, and the story you have to tell. Through compassion and empowerment, I will work alongside you to better understand yourself and how you can use your strengths to navigate your life in meaningful ways. I am passionate about working with couples and LGBTQIA+ clients.
