I specialize in treating BPD, anxiety, depression, & acute, chronic, and complex traumas. I am trained in multiple evidenced based modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Seeking Safety, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Virtual group open to all individuals ages 18+ in the state of NY! Group will run approximately 14 weeks, holiday weeks excluded. Members will learn to examine the impact traumatic experiences have had on fundamentally shaping their brain & its functioning, with a primary focus on the somatic & cognitive impacts. Members will do this in such a way that they will not have to discuss the details of individual trauma(s) in front of other members!
