I enjoy working with individuals and groups who are experiencing life transitions, imposter syndrome, anxiety, and depression. I like to work side by side with my clients. I enjoy making others feel understood, not alone, validated, and most importantly helped. Times can be challenging but your experience in your journey towards better mental health does not have to be. I hope to get the opportunity to work with you. I will be an encourager, I will challenge both you and I to think out of the box, and I will show up in each and every session.
I work with individuals ages 15 and older who feel stuck and are struggling with anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals who are Spanish speaking pero yo soy latina.
