I specialize in assisting individuals and couples in overcoming various concerns, including the daily stresses of life, managing emotions, resolving relationship conflicts, and navigating life transitions.
As a retired Air Force veteran, I understand the demands of striving for excellence around the clock. However, I have learned that it is only sustainable for a short time. Are you ready to join me on a growth and positive change journey? Throughout this journey, I will offer empathy and a foundation of trust. My approach is grounded in warmth, realism, compassion, and non-judgment. I aim to create a safe and nurturing space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions, gain insights into your behaviors and patterns, and acquire fresh coping skills to deal with life's challenges.

I have extensive experience in treating trauma & anxiety; relationship conflicts; play therapy; ADHD; and parenting issues, I am comfortable with one person or a whole family in my office if that's what it takes to facilitate growth, healing, and/or problem solving.

You can reestablish trust and a healthy loving relationship.
I can't believe this is happening! Sound familiar? Did you catch your spouse cheating on you? Betrayal, fear, shame, anger, rage, sadness, hyper-vigilance and a host of other intense emotions are consuming your life. Maybe your spouse hasn't cheated on you. Maybe you have drifted apart and you feel like roommates. Is your spouse distracted, spending hours on the computer or clinging to the phone? Do you feel emotionally, physically and spiritually cut off? Have you caught your spouse watching porn? Often times, porn is a major contributor in intimacy disorders and sex addictions. Don't give up, there is hope!

If you're ready to take the first step towards a different relationship with yourself, schedule a free consultation.
My ideal client is ready to reflect and change for the better. I enjoy helping clients learn to discover their own power to change their circumstances in life. Every person has power in themselves, but sometimes it takes a little guidance to find it and use it. I also am passionate about exploring how the relationships of our past are actively affecting our choices today, and how we can use those experiences for the better. Through this process, we uncover past hurts and learn to forgive, accept, and love the parts of us that are hurting.

Relationship and transformation is at the very core of my counseling and collaboratively we work in an atmosphere that is safe, supportive and strategic towards a “healing” outcome, whatever your life circumstance.
Many of us are overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. Beyond the normal stressors, individuals and families deal with a myriad of problems. They can easily be paralyzed by the decisions that must be made and are weighed down by strained relationships and seemingly insurmountable circumstances. The good news is that there are solutions and each person has the ability to create and/or experience change within their own lives! I am privileged to assist clients as they identify changes needed to create positive life changes, make good, solid decisions, and sustain more productive, constructive behaviors and thought patterns.

I love helping couples learn new ways to communicate.
My ideal client is an adult who is stuck in a negative pattern in their life and needs some help getting "unstuck." These negative patterns can show up as addictions, PTSD, unhappy relationships, depression, insomnia, abusive relationships and work problems, among others. I have a passion for working with addiction, especially sex addiction in all aspects. This includes helping clients find sobriety, making new and healthy connections, and dealing with the root causes of addiction.
