Hello and welcome! I am Adrienne Jackson, Clinical Social Worker. I wake up daily being intentional about helping others. We all experience life circumstances and stressors that can feel unbearable and seem insurmountable. I aim to help teens and adults manage anxiety, depression, adjustment, and relationship/interpersonal issues while learning that there is a choice in how we view life's circumstances.

My name is Rosalyn Capps, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of South Carolina. My focus is on helping you to overcome barriers to living the life that you desire. One shoe does not fit all, that is the way that I approach therapy. I am very person-centered with my approach. I use a range of different therapy interventions that are presented in everyday, easy to understand language. I mostly use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

As a LPCS that specializes in substance abuse, dual diagnosis, and depression. I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach individuals how to recognize moods, thoughts, and situations that stimulate unwanted emotions.

As a military veteran and Licensed Professional Counselor, I understand life circumstances can often leave you feeling overwhelmed and at times defeated. These emotional struggles do not have to be permanent. I strongly believe with compassion, encouragement, and vulnerability an individual can overcome life's hurdles and reach their fullest potential. I assist clients with setting realistic therapeutic goals which ultimately restores their confidence and trust not only in themselves but in others as well. My approach is to provide each client with the effective techniques required to have a well-balanced self-empowered life.
