I am a Counseling and Sport Psychologist and specialize in treating athletes with eating disorders. As a former collegiate athlete, I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health in sport and creating greater access to evidence-based interventions for current and former athletes that also recognizes the nuances of sport culture and the identity of an athlete. I create space for athletes to develop greater awareness of their multifaceted sense of self and improve sport performance in the process. I retired from Pilgrim Psychiatric Center in 2013.
