My client may have difficulties adjusting to to life transitions or have difficulties managing stress overall. My client may feel underappreciated and undercompensated with work/life demand and need support through different life transitions. My client may be experiencing active mental health symptoms impacting their ability to function at home, on the job, and/or in the community. Lastly, my clients want to feel supported by someone who works in the professional field and values self-care.

I believe that counseling is a journey that we embark on together where one learns the tools and skills necessary to live a fulfilling life. I integrate multiple theoretical perspectives that will best fit you and the concerns you wish to work through. My most used perspective Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on examining the relationships between thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I will focus on thought distortions that may cause you to experience any stress or discomfort. We will also attend to the behaviors and feelings that assist you in believing in these negative thought patterns.

My ideal client lives in Georgia or South Carolina and needs a mental health evaluation, psychological evaluation, immigration evaluation, brief therapy, or brief life coaching. My client may need an assessment for court due to legal charges, for divorce litigation, or for administrative immigration proceedings. I provide evaluations and life coaching via private pay. For my therapy clients, I accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford insurances. All services are provided via telehealth.
