Hi, my name is Donette L. Mabry MA LPC. I am a clinical therapist. I have always had a listening ear and a desire to serve others by helping them meet their goals clinically, mentally, socially, professionally, spiritually and emotionally. I put my life experience and my academic studies to work for you. My approach to clinical therapy is Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focus and a mix of other techniques. The needs of my clients are most important to me so I am not limited in therapeutic approaches. Let’s work together to win that healthy, happy life you expect and deserve.
My approach to counseling is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focus and REBT as the main approaches to counseling. My focuses will include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, adjustment, mood, trauma, post traumatic stress, personality, pre-marital, marital, divorce, relationships, spiritual, conduct and career disorders.
