I use evidence based techniques that include art, movement, and narrative therapy. Treatment is tailored to the individual's needs based on their age and personal interests. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral and Client Centered Therapy, which aid in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have extensive experience providing bereavement counseling with children, group counseling with teenagers, and individual work with young adults. I look forward to working with you!
