I specialize in guiding individuals, relationships, and families as they navigate significant life transitions including changes in career, relationship, gender & sexuality, as well as coming into greater purpose and passion in life. Our work together may be short-term or medium-term as I support you to process an ending or to build a new beginning. Your work with me may include developing a therapeutic connection with horses, who can powerfully support you to come into deeper contact with yourself, your goals, and your needs.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families. I am trained as a Somatic Psychotherapist and an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist. In addition to providing strengths-based, trauma-informed therapy in my private practice, I am the founder of Queer Asterisk Therapeutic Services.
