My name is Soren and I work with children and adults of all ages to help people grow in whatever directions feel the most authentic to them. If you are feeling misunderstood, lost, trapped, or alone, my practice is a safe space for you. Many times we hide our deepest truths from others and even from ourselves in order to keep moving forward and not make a fuss or ignite difficult emotions. However, this denies us the chance for a more full and connected life. Life is hard, beautiful, and confusing. In my work we learn to hold space for all of these truths and explore them honestly.
We are so often told what to do and who to be in this world, that we can lose sight of our intrinsic, genuine selves and desires. I help my clients move towards holistic connection with themselves and others through learning to live in more authentic and fulfilling ways. The path I take with each client is unique and matches their natural ways of healing.
Each person has the ability to feel whole, valuable, and content in their lives. I like to give my clients the support and perspective that they need to fulfill this potential.
