The end of the summer/early fall is my favorite time of year. I love the candles, pumpkins, cool air, new school pencils, and preparations for Halloween and the holiday season. For many this can also be a time of new chapters. This new chapter could involve moving, a new relationship, starting a new job, or beginning school again. Therapy is a wonderful place to reflect on these exact sentiments, and I would be honored to help you do just that.

Using EMDR, person-centered, and narrative therapies, I walk along side clients as they explore traumas and events that have left them with negative beliefs about themselves. We will work to recognize the source of these negative cognitions and what positive beliefs would be most beneficial moving forward.
