Sophie supports a compassionate healing process to reconnect back to our true self and inner harmony. Sophie is a holistic mental health counselor specialized in art therapy who embraces the whole person, mind, body, and soul/energy. Through the use of art therapy; somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, guided meditations, meridian tapping (EFT) and ifs informed strategies one can reach deeper levels of self awareness and healing within.
