Welcome! I am a psychodynamic therapist who aspires to help empower you to live the life you want to be living. I enjoy working with female teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and self-injurious behaviors. I am passionate about exploring past experiences, how these experiences influence your present, and how to best use them as strengths moving forward. My goal is to always provide a compassionate and non judgmental space that allows for exploration. While working together,I hope to supply the tools to help you move forward in life with a greater sense of identity and confidence.
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and have spent my career working with adolescents and teens. I have a genuine desire to help women discover who they are and who they want to become. Along with a desire to explore your past, I am trained in evidence based modalities, assisting clients who are working through anxious thoughts and depression.
