I desire for each client to recognize their strengths and utilize them to help grow through these difficult times. I can help to resolve conflicts, recognize strengths, increase confidence and communication skills.
Over the past two years of experience as a SWT and now a licensed social worker in the addictions and mental health fields, I have helped individuals who have struggled with substance abuse. Through these experiences I have gained a better insight into how addiction and mental health not only affects the individual, but also their family members and friends.
With my education and training, I can help in creating a safe, healing space where my clients will be able to grow and develop coping skills for their triggers, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship conflicts.
