I work with adults and adolescents with anxiety disorders, who are processing trauma, who want to improve their relationships, or who simply want to explore their full potential.
In addition to standard therapy, I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. I take expert care in helping my clients understand their OCD and overcome their most debilitating fears and anxieties.
