Motherhood can bring up many unexpected feelings of grief, shame, and resentment that can be difficult to navigate on our own. Reaching for the support of a therapist can help you to move through difficult seasons in motherhood and create an intentional mothering identity that feels authentic and joyful.
My goal is to help you work through your challenges in an empathic, non-judgmental way. I am experienced in working with single mothers, working mothers, mothers grieving their relationship with their own mother or the mothering they received, and mothers needing support around effective coparenting with former partners.
